Black + Vernooy is having some fun with its latest residential remodel!
Working in Austin’s historic Barton Hills neighborhood, we’ve undertaken a full-scale, 3-phase remodel to bring a 1970’s home back to life. Phase 1 is all about reconnecting the disjointed zones of the house and bringing in some natural light in order to create a cohesive and comfortable home for some young entertainers. From there, we will look to reintegrate the interiors with the magnificent backyard and its towering Live Oaks.
We’re looking forward to seeing this space unfold, and we will keep you updated as construction gets underway.
